Key responsibilities include:Roles & Responsibilities:Collaborate effectively and actively with Product Owner and SMEs to understand, prioritize and advise on application focus and rollout.Lead all aspects of system architecture and build consistent with industry best practices.Own and maintain SDLC documentation.Drive data quality and integrity in Hyperion planning systems; understanding the data relationships and data flows between various systems including SAP, DRM, and AWS.Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and reliabilityFacilitate and support the unimpeded execution of annual budget, quarterly forecast and Long-range Plan financial processes.Work independently, function as a knowledge resource for less experienced team members.Basic Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 8-12 years of Information Systems or Finance & AccountingFunctional Skills:Must-Have Skills:Proven experience of implementing or managing multiple Planning solutions in Oracle Hyperion (on-prem experience preferred). Experience with multiple EPM tools a plusExperience working in DevOps teams, utilizing agile tools like JiraPossesses strong learning agility (including new technologies) and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail.4+ years functional experience in financial budgeting and reporting at large corporate environment a plusExperience with Oracle DRM or similar master data management toolsFoster a culture of innovation to encourage resources to evaluate and introduce new technologies that will allow business partners to meet their objectivesStrong organizational skills and ability to work in cross functional teams.Good-to-Have Skills:Strong solution design and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of technology, function, or platformExperience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutionsAbility to analyze client requirements and translate them into solutionsProfessional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):Oracle Hyperion Planning Certified Implementation SpecialistScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred)Soft Skills:Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and collaboration skillsDemonstrated awareness of how to function in a team settingDemonstrated awareness of presentation skillsStrong transformation and change management experienceHigh degree of initiative and self-motivationAbility to manage multiple priorities successfully.Strong verbal and written communication skillsShift Information:This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule.
