This role supports the day-to-day operation and maintenance of server systems and infrastructure. The engineer will perform tasks such as system monitoring, security patching, automations, and troubleshooting under guidance from senior team members, contributing to uptime and compliance.The ideal candidate will have a consistent record in Compute (WINTEL) Infrastructure Operations and have a passion for fostering innovation and excellence in the biotechnology industry. Additionally, collaboration with multi-functional and global teams is required to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Windows Servers service delivery and operations. This role demands the ability to drive and deliver against key organizational pivotal initiatives, foster a collaborative environment, and deliver high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure.
