This role demands the ability to drive and deliver against key organizational strategic initiatives, foster a collaborative environment, and deliver high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure. Please note, this is an on-site role based in Hyderabad.Roles & Responsibilities:Administer, monitor, and support Windows Server systems.Maintain and monitor server security and compliance standardsMonitor server health and generate routine reportsPerform patching, updates and backups to ensure complianceSupport in incident resolution and troubleshootingDocument changes and standard operating proceduresBasic Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree with 4 - 5 years of experience ORMaster’s degree with 2-4 years of experience ORDiploma with 9+ years of relevant experienceMust-Have Skills:Experience in Windows server operationsExperience with virtualization (VMware, Nutanix)Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Ansible, Python)Familiarity with ITIL or incident management workflowsChange management expertiseExcellent troubleshooting and problem solving skillsGood-to-Have Skills:Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure)Interest in automation tools and infrastructure-as-codeExposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace)Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, SSM or MECM)Professional Certifications:CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Fundamentals (preferred)Soft Skills:Detail-oriented and organizedEffective communicatorAbility to follow procedures accuratelyWillingness to learn and growShift Information:This position is required to be onsite and participate in 24/7 and weekend on call in rotation fashion and may require you to work a later shift.
