In this role, you will drive a competitive edge for the team as we compete with this portfolio.The TeamPart of Amgen’s Global Contracts and Pricing Operations (Global CPO) organization sitting in the Global Operational Pricing TeamLocated mainly across Breda (Netherlands) and Lisbon (Portugal)Comprised of 15+ nationalities, fostering an inclusive and diverse environmentValues include: Collaboration, Innovation, Continuous learning and growth, Delivering operational excellence, Embracing challenges, Having fun at work, Supporting one another as one global teamFocused on enabling accurate, reliable contract and pricing execution to support Amgen’s mission of serving patients.The RoleThis role manages pricing and contracting operations for JAPAC while supporting ex-US countries through comprehensive compliance, monitoring, reporting, system access, and automation activities.It safeguards data integrity, enhances operational oversight, and drives process efficiency through streamlined reporting and automation solutions.Eligible location for applicants: IndiaAccountabilitiesAccurate and timely execution of contracts, pricing, payments, and accruals for JAPACEnsuring SOX and IICC control complianceMaintaining data integrity and monitoring system outcomesSupporting and validating changes in SAP Vistex and related systemsProviding reporting, dashboards, and automation solutionsResponsibilitiesOperational Support: Manage and execute pricing, contracts, accruals, and payments for JAPAC countries within timelines and accuracy requirements.Compliance & Control:Collect and document data for SOX controls ; conduct data integrity checksPrepare and deliver reports supporting IICC controlsExecute IICC controls for JAPAC countriesPerform unit, regression, and integration testing following system changesSupport integration testing with product or country team oversightMaintain Tableau dashboards and run related validationsConduct automated testing checks and follow up with Product Team AIN resourcesMonitoring Activities:Monitor data flows; identify and escalate issues to resolutionRun audit and follow-on bots; investigate discrepanciesDesign and implement bots to improve monitoring of system outcomesTrack and follow up on outstanding documents (PP, revisions, settlement deletions)Systems Access & Pricing Conditions:Support user access and workflow linkages in Vistex and TableauDevelop bots to improve user access processing where appropriateExecute pricing conditions (e.g., VK11) and ensure VAT compliance in SAPOther Contributions:Execute repetitive, well-documented tasks for the Breda and Portugal teams (reports, statistics, data archiving)Coordinate administrative activities (meeting scheduling, MoM, Smartsheet, action trackers)Deliver self-service reporting (dashboards, data extracts, report simplification)Analyze process mining data in Celonis and prepare reports for managementImplement automation solutions and bots to improve efficiencyWinWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
