We are seeking a motivated Contracts Negotiator to join our Government Contracts team. This role will support contract lifecycle activities for U.S. Government defense programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and performance.Roles and ResponsibilitiesInterface with government and prime customers on routine contractual matters.Review and analyze RFPs/RFQs for compliance and risk; prepare proposal documentation and pricing support.Negotiate contract terms and conditions under supervision, including delivery schedules.Support Cost or Pricing Data (Truthful Cost or Pricing Data statute; formerly TINA) requirements, sweeps, and certifications; coordinate fact‑finding and DCAA/DCMA interactions.Review contract modifications and maintain accurate records.Assist with contract closeout and reporting requirements.Guide internal stakeholders on contractual interpretation, risk posture, and change management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field3+ years of government contracting experience, specifically Department of Defense (Department of War)Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and TINA/CCOPDMust be a U.S. CitizenAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance#LI-PG1For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
