The Specialist, Customer Operations is responsible for working with field sales to maintain and improve the business relationship between the customer and ADI Corporate. This position has high visibility within all departments at ADI and requires working closely with the various Business Units, Sales and Supply Chain to increase revenue at the customer. The Specialist, Customer Operations is required to add value at every level of transaction and communications, and act as an advocate for the customer within the company and at the same time represents ADI in all business transactions. The Specialist, Customer Operations gathers and disseminates information from the customer to all parties within ADI and works closely with the field sales team to satisfy customer requests.Responsibilities: Learn and follow with ADI Procedures, Policies and ComplianceManage the day-to-day operations for the team and are responsible for overall productivity, quality, and delivery of business servicesDrive business representative case quality and metrics, monitor trends, and ensure corrective actionsCustomer relationship management : Lead the regular face-to-face forecast meetings/quarterly business review meetingCustomer backlog management : Purchase orders, change orders and logisticsForecast management: Analyse customer forecasts, track customer project status, monitor design opportunities and market trends, understand customer requirementsSupply management: Work with Supply chain to review supply status, capacity and new product launchLearn and Develop strategies on how to communicate with customers and internal stakeholdersDevelop/Implement Analytical Models for organization metrics, dashboards etc.(Sales revenue report, design opportunity pipeline, delivery performance, forecast accuracy etc.)Develop expertise in our organizational systems including SAPParticipate in specific functional organization projects such as IT, Applications Engineering or Supply Chain Work with legal to respond to customer contracts, programs, and terms & conditions.Involve in quality assurance request such as RMA processing, product change notification, device qualification requests, and customer special requestsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree4+ years working experience in Inside Sales/Customer service or high-tech company preferred Energetic, self-motivated and positive attitudeData analytical skillsProactive and solution oriented thinkingStrong interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening) and written communication skills desired in both Korean and EnglishProficiency in MS office, with advanced Excel and reporting skillsDemonstrated experience driving projects to improve support-related processesAbility to see situations from a Macro point of viewFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (degree)
  • 4+ years working experience in Inside Sales/Customer service or high-tech company preferred (experience, 4 years)

  • Data analytical skills (experience)
  • Proactive and solution oriented thinking (experience)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening) and written communication skills desired in both Korean and English (experience)
  • Proficiency in MS office, with advanced Excel and reporting skills (experience)
  • Demonstrated experience driving projects to improve support-related processes (experience)
  • Ability to see situations from a Macro point of view (experience)
