The Functional Architect for Order Promiser (OP) and Enterprise Supply Planner (ESP) is a critical leadership role within Central Planning, responsible for shaping and advancing ADI’s next-generation supply chain planning capabilities.This role partners across Planning, Manufacturing, IT, and Commercial teams to transform current-state processes into scalable, data-driven future-state solutions. You will lead the functional design and implementation of advanced planning systems, ensuring alignment between business strategy and system capabilities while driving measurable improvements in service, inventory, and operational efficiency.This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business transformation and system innovation, with direct influence on enterprise-wide planning outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Transformation & Value DeliveryLead enterprise initiatives to improve key supply chain KPIs, including:On-Time Delivery (CRD/FCD)Forecast AccuracyInventory OptimizationCapacity UtilizationDrive standardization and scalability of planning processes across business units and regions.2. Functional Architecture LeadershipServe as the functional architect for advanced planning capabilities, including:Order Promiser (OP)Enterprise Supply Planner (ESP)Factory Planning, Order-to-Cash, and VMI/VMR processesOwn the end-to-end functional design, ensuring alignment across planning layers and execution systems.3. Process Design & System LogicDefine and document complex planning logic, including:Prioritization and allocation strategiesPegging hierarchies and rulesCapacity modeling across front-end and back-endWafer start and release strategiesTranslate business requirements into scalable system configurations and design specifications.4.
