Own inventory GL balances (RM, WIP, FG) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper classificationPerform and lead subledger-to-GL reconciliations, resolving variances and ageing itemsManage month-end and quarter-end close, including BtP analysis, inventory roll-forward, and variance reportingEnsure proper inventory accounting across RM, WIP, and FG, including cut-off and transaction integrityPartner with Operations, Costing, IT, and Finance teams to explain drivers and financial impactsLead automation and process improvement initiatives, including: Reconciliation standardisation and automation, Close process simplification and cycle time reduction, Data validation and reporting enhancements (e.g., Power BI, SAP, analytics tools)For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
