About the RoleAs a Staff Mixed-Signal Design Engineer in ADI's Shanghai design center, you will develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks within ADI's integrated circuits. You will execute complex designs from schematic through silicon validation, contributing deep technical expertise to products across multiple application areas. Required Qualifications

  • MSEE with 7+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience, or PhD with 5+ years (BSEE with equivalent depth considered) (experience, 7 years)
  • Strong transistor-level design skills for high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver designs through tape-out, silicon validation, and production release (experience)
  • Solid understanding of CMOS and BCD process technologies, including device physics, matching, and layout-dependent effects (experience)
  • Proficiency with Cadence IC design suite: Virtuoso, Spectre/APS, and AMS Designer (experience)
  • Proficiency in digitally-assisted and high-speed analog design techniques (experience)
  • Fluent in Mandarin; strong English written and verbal communication skills for cross-site collaboration (experience)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams (experience)
