The Technical Trainer plays a key role in ensuring technician competency by implementing, facilitating, and continuously improving handler, tester, and equipment-related training programs. This role partners closely with operations and engineering stakeholders to support technician certification, recertification, and ongoing skills developmentKey ResponsibilitiesImplement and facilitate technical training programs, including handler and tester training, in support of technician certification and recertification requirements.Conduct standard operating procedures (SOPs) and skills-based training to support the orientation and onboarding of new hired technicians.Manage technician certification and recertification programs, including:Creation, update, and maintenance training modules and of certification and recertification examsOrganization and communication of quarterly recertification schedulesMonitoring and ensuring on-time completion of quarterly recertification requirementsCollaborate with stakeholder managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop or revise training materials aligned with current operational requirements.Participate in Total Quality Management (TQM Plus) initiatives by developing projects that enhance and continuously improve technical training and certification programs.Key QualificationsGraduate of at least a 3-year technical diploma (electronics, mechatronics, industrial technology, or related field).Minimum of 1 year semiconductor industry experience.Strong technical background in handlers, testers, and/or probers, with the ability to effectively teach and train technicians.Strong communication and facilitation skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in digital tools (video editing skills, AI-assisted learning, etc) for training materials development is an advantageFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Required Qualifications
