You will combine deep technical knowledge with instructional expertise to own major training initiatives within the business line. provide onsite support when needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in technical field operations, deployed software engineering, or technical hands-on operational roles Proven track record of becoming a Subject Matter Expert on a system and sharing that knowledge with others Comfortable delivering training to groups and individuals at varying skill levels Strong problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly learn complex technical systems Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally for training delivery and field support Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance and support operations involving sensitive materials Ability to support the handling and working with munitions Ability to meet health and medical requirements in advance of deployments in accordance with DFARS252.225-7040, DoDI 3020.41, and/or any additional requirements outlined by region or supporting force, as applicable PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software, Technology or related technical field; advanced degree preferred Experience with defense systems, autonomous platforms, or complex hardware/software integration Experience establishing training standards, certification programs, or competency frameworks Prior military instructor experience or equivalent technical training roles Strong instructional design skills with ability to create engaging, effective learning experiences for diverse audiences Experience as a Forward Deployed Software Engineer US Salary Range$132,000—$198,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
