In this role, you will collaborate on the use of advanced 3D X-ray systems to support a wide range of research and industrial applications.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct system demonstrations for prospective customersDevelop new applications and use cases for 3D X-ray technologyContribute to defining and refining product specifications based on application insightsDeliver customer training on system operation, workflows, and data analysisDevelop and optimize imaging and analysis workflowsPerform tool characterization and baseline performance evaluationsProvide customer-facing technical sales support, including:Delivering technical demo presentationsSupporting conferences and trade showsContributing to technical publications and conference presentationsCustomer BaseOur customers include semiconductor failure analysis (FA) laboratories, advanced R&D centers, academic research institutions, and central microscopy facilities.Role ImpactIn this role, you will serve as a critical technical bridge between engineering, sales, and marketing. You will act as the voice of the customer, advocating internally while working closely with external clients and engineering teams to:Develop repeatable workflows for routine applicationsIdentify and enable new, high-value applications of 3D X-ray technologyHelp solve complex, high-value problems (HVPs) across multiple industriesEssential QualificationsBS or MS degree in a relevant technical fieldHands-on experience designing and conducting experiments, with the ability to analyze and communicate resultsWillingness and ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)Preferred QualificationsBackground in microscopy or related imaging techniquesExperience performing system demonstrations in a commercial or customer-facing environmentFoundational understanding of X-ray absorption principles and imaging/optical fundamentalsAdditional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 25% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. Responsibilities

  • Identify Complex problems and needs at the customer site and work throughout the work cycle until the implementation of the solution
  • Lead recipe creation to optimize system performance and Train PSE/AEs' in recipe creation
  • Application Qualification of new technologies/features, Executes ß-sites, evaluation and demos at customers site
  • Participate in Customer Demo Activities
