As a Buyer, you’ll be responsible for purchasing the materials, supplies, machinery, and services that equip our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. About EPG (Equipment Product Group)Equipment Product Group (EPG) is a business unit within Applied Materials' WWO (Worldwide Operations) organization. EPG focuses on the manufacturing, refurbishment, upgrade, and lifecycle support of semiconductor equipment, particularly 200mm and legacy platforms. The team works closely with global customers to improve equipment productivity, extend tool life, and support growing markets.Role Responsibilities: Ensure supply continuity to enable manufacturing with speed and quality. Follow-up on orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records. Adhere to standard purchasing business processesProactively drive and ensure timely delivery/shipment of parts from supplier to Applied factories including resolution of shipment/receiving and billing issues with supplierPartner with suppliers on demand/supply collaboration.
