Key ResponsibilitiesBroad understanding of supply & demand for customer sales orders & execution portion of it till fulfillment.Generate reports, track shipment. Close coordination with Planning, Purchasing and Logistics.Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customersHandle global customer escalations & provide effective solutions for tool downs.Generate reports on delayed or any misses of fulfillment & take necessary action.Working in different time zones to support Global Customer Sales Order demands. Resource will be part of Fulfillment Ops team and helping with new reporting/dashboard requirements in the team along with the daily tactical.Participates in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions.Works within controls to ensure the accuracy, timeliness of the requested reports.Implements new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies and procedures. Trains and supports end users on accessing of reports. Experience - 4 to 9 yearsFunctional KnowledgeGood understanding of Operations and Supply Chain Management.SAP end user knowledge is essential.Hands on experience in advanced Excel / SQL/Tableau to develop reports and analytics.Apply to this job only if you are flexible with the following shift timings: this is a rotational shift role—6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
