What You'll DoBe part of an internal consulting team with high visibility to Applied Global Services (AGS) executive leadership. Lead strategic transformation projects for AGS that improve productivity, drive operational excellence, streamline business processes, influence business strategy, accelerate growth, deliver cost reduction, and embed continuous improvement across the organization. Own the complete project lifecycle — from as-is analysis, opportunity identification and quantification, and development of improvement streams and solutions, through stakeholder buy-in and implementation.This is a high-impact role requiring relentless change management drive, rewarded with material impact to business-unit performance. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. MBA or Masters in Engineering equivalent business experience preferred (experience)
  • 7–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or consulting (experience, 10 years)
  • Strong analytical skills — able to extract real insight from multiple data sources; expert-level knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI; Python and Applied Smart Factory APF a plus (experience)
  • Proven experience working across cross-functional business teams, including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance; prior management consulting or internal consulting experience preferred (experience)
  • Able to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence without authority (experience)
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills (experience)
