Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. MBA or Masters in Engineering equivalent business experience preferred (experience)
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or consulting (experience, 10 years)
• Strong analytical skills — able to extract real insight from multiple data sources; expert-level knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI; Python and Applied Smart Factory APF a plus (experience)
• Proven experience working across cross-functional business teams, including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance; prior management consulting or internal consulting experience preferred (experience)
• Able to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence without authority (experience)
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills (experience)
• Detail-oriented, able to connect the dots and communicate complex ideas effectively with executive presence (experience)
• Broad understanding and experience including service business management, product development, and financial reporting (experience)
• Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (DMAIC, Kaizen); Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred (certification)

Responsibilities

• Be part of an internal consulting team with high visibility to Applied Global Services (AGS) executive leadership. Lead strategic transformation projects for AGS that improve productivity, drive operational excellence, streamline business processes, influence business strategy, accelerate growth, deliver cost reduction, and embed continuous improvement across the organization. Own the complete project lifecycle — from as-is analysis, opportunity identification and quantification, and development of improvement streams and solutions, through stakeholder buy-in and implementation.
• This is a high-impact role requiring relentless change management drive, rewarded with material impact to business-unit performance. You'll have the opportunity to impact on $6B business while working across all business functions and leaders, thousands of engineers and business professionals, a complex global logistics network, and a wide range of products and services.
• Structure and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and drive analysis to deliver recommendations in a data-driven manner
• Lead thoughtful, rigorous analysis across large data sets and synthesize insights and opportunities
• Develop and present high-quality recommendations and deliverables for executive-level consumption, and contribute to the associated strategy and execution discussions
• Partner across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure-test hypotheses, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution, and unlock value
• Optimize operations and business processes to deliver measurable gains in business performance, cycle-time reduction, and cost savings
• Apply program management discipline to keep initiatives within scope, schedule, and impact
