Learning Operations Manager – HR Shared Services (India)We are hiring a Learning Operations Manager to join our HR Shared Services team in India. This role is a mix of operations leadership, team management, and partnership with our Talent Development (TD) function. You will be responsible for ensuring that learning programs run effectively at scale, while also strengthening how we plan, govern, and continuously improve learning operations.Talent Development at Applied is on a transformation journey to deliver impactful and scalable learning experiences that help build critical capabilities across the organization.
