Job Description – RVC Ops Project ManagerWe are looking for a highly self-motivated and technically proficient experienced Project Manager. This role focuses on project management of strategic continuous improvement projects within the Reverse Value Chain (RVC) and Applied Global Services (AGS) segment. This person will engage cross-functionally, identify areas of improvement, and develop and execute projects to support improved efficiency within the RVC.Education QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or technical disciplineProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationPrefer Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification at minimumFunctional KnowledgeVery proficient in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and advanced search functionsVery proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsVery proficient in Project Management toolsProficient in TableauKnowledge of SAP is preferredBusiness Expertise7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a process improvement role, with large-scale global projectsPrior experience working in global logistics or supply chain for a large organizationResponsible for managing process efficiency improvement projects within the Reverse Value Chain (RVC)Exceptional prioritization and organization skillsLeadershipProven ability to lead without authority, influence outcomes, and drive accountabilityExperience operating within matrix-managed organizations with cross-functional team membersNo direct supervisory responsibilitiesProblem SolvingVery proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and TableauAble to execute data analytics on Cycle Time (CT) performance, process variances, and process efficiency metricsSelf-motivated in working towards outcomes using a proactive “get things done” approachProficient in root cause analysis and techniquesAble to effectively review, manage, and deliver to multiple Key Performance Indices (KPIs)Evaluates issues within the Reverse Value Chain (RVC) process to determine root causes and manage continuous improvement projects to addressImpactImpacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policiesImpacts cross-functional groups through projects and processes developmentInterpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leadershipInteraction required with global teams across multiple disciplines within the companyConfident with public speaking and virtual interactionsPositive, can-do attitude; solution-driven focusAdditional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 20% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
