Learn more about our benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage Service & Spares product portfolio including product offerings, options, and configuration structures aligned to Product Option ArchitectureDrive end-to-end Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) workflows to improve quote velocity and enable efficient quotingDefine and maintain product configuration rules including valid product combinations, options, and constraintsIdentify recurring configuration and quoting issues and implement workflow improvementsSimplify configuration rules, reduce non-standard quotes, and improve guided sellingPartner with Sales and Business Development teams to support accurate and efficient product configurationAnalyze quote data to identify root causes of delays such as configuration errors, approvals, and constraintsTranslate business pain points into prioritized CPQ requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaEstablish and track key metrics such as quote cycle time, deal cycle time, and exception ratesDevelop dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive data-driven decision makingDeliver actionable insights to improve configuration efficiency and overall business performanceEnsure accuracy and reliability of product marketing data, reports, and dashboardsSupport deployment readiness via training, job aids, and workflow guidance for SalesCollaborate cross-functionally within Opportunity-to-Cash processesFunctional KnowledgeDemonstrated hands-on technical proficiency with deep familiarity, the candidate must be able to work independently at a technical level with minimal assistanceLanguages and Tools: SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Databricks or othersPreferred experience using SQL and/or Python for data cleansing, data quality improvement, and preparing datasets for reporting and business useExposure to AI enabled workflows, including agentic AI concepts and tools will be a plusBusiness ExpertiseStrong understanding of a high-scale service business (~$5B revenue) and ability to drive efficiency through data-driven insights.LeadershipLeads cross-functional initiatives to enhance product configuration, CPQ workflows, and quote-to-cash efficiency.Problem SolvingSolves complex configuration and quoting challenges using analytical and scalable solutions.ImpactDirect impact on quote velocity, sales efficiency, and revenue realizationInterpersonal SkillsStrong communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering/ data science, a master's degree in marketing is a plusMinimum 5 years’ experience with product portfolio management, product Marketing, preferably managing Service recurring revenue as a product5-10 years of experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) product functionality and best practicesTime Type: Full TimeEmployee Type: Assignee / RegularTravel: Yes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible: NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. Required Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Service & Spares product portfolio including product offerings, options, and configuration structures aligned to Product Option Architecture
  • Drive end-to-end Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) workflows to improve quote velocity and enable efficient quoting
  • Define and maintain product configuration rules including valid product combinations, options, and constraints
  • Identify recurring configuration and quoting issues and implement workflow improvements
  • Simplify configuration rules, reduce non-standard quotes, and improve guided selling
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to support accurate and efficient product configuration
  • Analyze quote data to identify root causes of delays such as configuration errors, approvals, and constraints
  • Translate business pain points into prioritized CPQ requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Establish and track key metrics such as quote cycle time, deal cycle time, and exception rates
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive data-driven decision making
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve configuration efficiency and overall business performance
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of product marketing data, reports, and dashboards
  • Support deployment readiness via training, job aids, and workflow guidance for Sales
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Opportunity-to-Cash processes
