Role SummaryThe TPRM Product Manager – owns the enterprise TPRM technology product strategy and ensures the platform supports scalable, automated, and compliant third-party risk management processes.This role serves as the bridge between Procurement, Risk Functions, and Technology teams, translating program requirements into effective workflows, reporting, required API’s & integrations, and user experiences that improve risk transparency and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesTPRM Technology Product Ownership & StrategyOwn the TPRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned to risk program objectivesPrioritize enhancements based on business value, risk reduction, and efficiencyDrive continuous improvement across the TPRM lifecycleTranslate policy, governance, and risk frameworks into system capabilitiesBalance short-term delivery with long-term scalability and usabilityPlatform Configuration & Release ManagementServe as the business owner of the OneTrust platformConfigure and maintain workflows, questionnaires, risk models, and dashboardsEnsure alignment with TPRM operating model and policy requirementsManage releases, testing, and production deploymentsProvide user support, training, and ongoing optimizationIntegration & Data EcosystemMonitor the integrations with external providers (e.g., D&B, Rapid Ratings, Sayari) and internal systems (e.g., ServiceNow)Define integration and data requirements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditabilityPartner with suppliers and IT teams on APIs and data orchestrationEnable a unified third-party record and system-of-record alignmentStakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional AlignmentPartner with Risk domains (InfoSec, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc.) to incorporate requirements into the platformAct as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teamsFacilitate working sessions to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and resolve issuesSupport governance forums and SteerCo updates with product insights and roadmap statusOperational Support & GovernanceEstablish and manage the TPRM tool support model (intake, triage, issue resolution, SLAs)Monitor system performance, adoption, support trends, and data qualityMaintain documentation, user guides, and training materialsEnsure audit readiness through strong controls, traceability, and reporting capabilitiesAnalytics, Reporting & InsightsEnable leadership reporting on KRIs, KPIs, compliance metrics, and program performancePartner with analytics teams to build dashboards and actionable insightsUse data to drive prioritization of enhancements and operational improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree with 3–5+ years in Product Management, Procurement Technology, or Risk/Compliance systemsExperience with OneTrust or similar GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow IRM, Archer, MetricStream)Strong knowledge of TPRM lifecycle, procurement processes, and compliance frameworksExperience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms (workflows, forms, scoring models) and managing integrations/APIsProven ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and reporting insightsExperience operating in a global enterprise environment preferredKey CompetenciesProduct mindset (roadmap, backlog prioritization, value delivery)Systems thinking with strong process orientationStakeholder influence and executive communicationData-driven decision makingChange management and adoption leadershipSuccess MeasuresIncreased adoption and improved user experience across the TPRM platformReduced manual effort, duplicate workflows, and process variationImproved cycle time for onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessmentsData accuracy and completeness across third-party recordsImproved audit readiness, control traceability, and compliance outcomesScalable governance model that supports enterprise risk objectivesWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to scaling the TPRM program through technology—ensuring a consistent, automated, and defensible approach to managing third-party risk across the enterprise.   • Experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms (workflows, forms, scoring models) and managing integrations/APIs (experience)
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and reporting insights (experience)
  • Experience operating in a global enterprise environment preferred (experience)
