Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary focal for Supplier Engineering Excursion Response Team (SERT). SERT is the liaison between Mfg Ops and Supplier Engineering Quality Org with the mantra to protect the factory from supplier caused line down.Leads excursion response, evaluates supplier performance and capabilities, and drives continuous improvement opportunities at the supplier site.Leads quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and correction action. Identifies and drives broad-based systemic supplier resolutions at the process level.
