Technical Project Mgt (Apex)Key Responsibilities1. Project Coordination & Execution SupportSupport end-to-end project activities across cleanroom design and build to tool installation execution.Maintain and track project schedules, milestones, and action itemsMonitor progress and escalate risks, delays, and dependenciesPrepare regular project status updates and reporting2. Facility Design & Implementation SupportAssist in coordination of cleanroom layout and infrastructure planningTrack key design inputs:Tool allocation and layoutUtility requirements (power, gas, exhaust, CDA, PCW)Support documentation and follow-up for design reviews and design maturity3. Contractor & Vendor CoordinationSupport engagement with consultants, contractors, and vendorsAssist in:Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentsTracking tender submissions and responsesFollow up on contractor deliverables and ensure alignment to project timelines4. Tool Installation & Integration SupportCoordinate with engineering and operations teams on:Tool move-in planningInstallation schedulesTrack hook-up readiness and facility availabilitySupport execution readiness for tool startup and ramp5. Cross-Functional Team CoordinationWork across multiple teams, including:Facilities (GWI, GIS, safety, security)Engineering / BU teamsProcurement and operationsEnsure clear communication, action tracking, and follow-through6. Cost Tracking & DocumentationSupport tracking of project costs and CAPEX spendMaintain documentation for:Budget updatesPurchase orders and procurement statusAssist in preparing inputs for cost reviews and reporting7.
