Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans and lead projects from conception and planning through implementation and deployment.Contribute to the development of project strategies, processes, and resource plans.Manage project schedules and task execution using project management tools, including status reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software.Drive cost, schedule, and performance objectives for equipment and deliverables supporting internal and external customers and global vendors.Participate in and support cross-functional design teams composed of internal, external, and matrixed resources to achieve project goals.Provide technical input and guidance to team members to support successful project execution.Interface with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to drive supply chain projects supporting the AGS business unit.Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation and resolution plans.Job Requirements/QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, or supply chain management.Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.Some engineering/technical background with experience in the semiconductor industry and/or supply chain management is preferredStrong program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a technical or manufacturing environment.Preferred experience with semiconductor components including OEM components, process power systems, build-to-print parts, advanced materials, and mechanical or electrical assemblies.Experience working with global suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills in a matrixed organization.Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, synthesizing insights and effectively presenting findings to senior executive leadershipCore CompetenciesFunctional Knowledge: Demonstrates depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized technical or functional discipline.Business Expertise: Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.Leadership: Leads teams or projects with moderate complexity, risk, and resource requirements.Additional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:YesApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Required Qualifications
