Key ResponsibilitiesTechnically leads deployment and set up of Actionable Insights Accelerator (AIx) and Wafer Results Analytics (WRA) servers at customer sites and internal labsProvides onsite and remote technical support of AIx and WRA servers SW/HW during initial installation & regular server maintenance and during the manufacturing/testing processProvides technical support for remote connectivity installations and troubleshooting for semiconductor manufacturing tools, AIx, and WRALeadershipInterfaces with internal and external customers on AIx and WRA server HW/SW & networking issuesMay lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsBusiness ExpertiseHas knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketFunctional KnowledgeUtilizes all of the AIx and WRA reporting functions and has a high level knowledge of AIX and WRA server applicationsMinimum 3-years of hardware/software experienceProblem SolvingUtilizes AIx and WRA server HW/SW and networking skills to solve complex problemsAbility to work with other tool/process experts to fill any gaps in technical knowledgeTakes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationImpactDeploys and maintains AIx and WRA server HW/SW specifically targeted at service contract KPI’sImpacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policiesInterpersonal SkillsExplains difficult or sensitive information and works to build consensusEducation: Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline preferred.Additional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 25% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:NoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
