Required Qualifications

• - University graduate or above in engineering/commercial background (experience)
• - Purchasing experience at least 3 to 5 years in international/ Commodity Purchasing (experience, 5 years)
• - Proficiency in oral, reading and written English, and ability to communicate in Korean of advantage. (experience)

Responsibilities

• - Sourcing in quick manner, to negotiate and recommend competitive suppliers based on Purchase Requisition, to get achievement in quality, price, service and technology.
• - Focus on cost by collection of information, benchmark, negotiation and market study.
• - Handle Annual Negotiation and fully meet Saving targets.
• - Ensure to implement material cost reduction strategy following Aptiv Global and Regional strategy.
• - Implement material localization for China/Korea/India plants, to enhance localization rate and meet localization target by all efforts.
• - Daily management of documents and contract.
• - Maintain and develop Supply base best suitable for Aptiv product lines.
• - Ensure supply chain stable by working with plant PCL to avoid any line down issues.
• - Manage the interface with other departments.
• - Flexibility to work across time zones and with different cultures.
• - Willing to study and work under pressure.
