Visit www.aptiv.com.Your RoleIn your daily job you will:Supporting new product launches and manufacturing process development to ensure successful production readiness.Providing technical support and troubleshooting for production equipment and process-related issues.Managing process control activities including PFMEA, capability studies, SPC, control plans, and process validation.Maintaining manufacturing documentation, engineering changes, and process standards.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and productivity.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing excellence and achieve business objectives.Your BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or production engineering within a manufacturing environment.Experience supporting new product launches, process development, and production equipment troubleshooting.Knowledge of quality and process control tools, including PFMEA, SPC, capability studies, and control plans.Familiarity with manufacturing documentation, engineering change management, and process validation activities.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement skills.Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in English is preferred.Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
