We are looking for a Centralized Screening Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations through sanctioned and restricted party screening activities. In this role, you will perform first-level reviews of customers and suppliers flagged by SAP GTS screening processes, release clear false-positive matches, escalate potential compliance risks, and maintain accurate audit-ready documentation. What You'll DoDaily Screening OperationsReview blocked trading partners in SAP GTS.Analyze sanctioned party screening results and assess potential matches.Evaluate customer and supplier information, including names, addresses, countries, and screening hit details.Determine whether cases can be cleared as false positives or require escalation.Compliance and Case ManagementManage Trading Partner blocks and maintain accurate system records.Document decisions using consistent, audit-ready comments.Escalate uncertain or potentially high-risk matches to Corporate Trade Compliance and Legal teams.Reporting and DocumentationMaintain daily screening trackers and operational metrics.Record and retain supporting evidence for released and escalated cases.Support audit requirements and compliance reporting activities.Monitor queue volumes and highlight unusual trends or issues.Continuous ImprovementParticipate in process transitions, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.Contribute to process standardization, efficiency improvements, and documentation updates.Support future automation and digitalization initiatives within the screening process.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsStrong attention to detail and analytical mindset.Experience working with ERP systems, workflow tools, compliance processes, or master data environments.Ability to follow structured procedures and make controlled operational decisions.Strong written documentation skills with a focus on accuracy and audit readiness.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures and escalation guidelines.Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP GTS or other trade compliance screening solutions.Knowledge of sanctioned party screening, export controls, or international trade compliance.Experience within a Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environment.Familiarity with customer or supplier master data processes.Experience creating operational reports, SOPs, or compliance documentation.Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
