Responsibilities and duties 岗位职责• 了解产品失效分析流程与电子元器件工作原理，对不良品进行失效分析，• 分析PCBA，ICT和FCT测试失效原因• 分析产品在客户端处失效原因• 分析ICT测试失效及功能失效产品• 独立完成FA Report• 提出SMT制程的改善建议• 协助解决质量问题• 支持新项目阶段测试机到厂后的安装，调试和验证等工作Qualifications / Requirements 任职要求• 全日制专科及以上学历，电子技术类相关专业，• 英文读写良好，英文CET-4优• 至少2年电子产品的维修工作经验， 1年汽车电子产品的维修或产品失效分析工作经验• 了解SMT制程，具备基本焊接能力• 熟练操作电脑，熟练使用万用表等测试仪器• 熟悉电路，能看懂电路图纸• 接受能力强，具备良好的沟通表达能力，分析问题能力强• 有责任感，有敬业精神，团队合作精神，能配合加班及短期出差Privacy Notice - Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidatesAptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
