Job Description
Your RoleIn your daily job you will:Support plant manager in new plant set-up and drive process improvement through start-upSupport plant manager and lead plant teams to achieve business KPIProvide insight on cost control, operation efficiency improvement and factory margin expansion and drive for continuous performance improvement of plantEnsure compliance in plant operation processes and support internal and external auditReview monthly A+F financial reporting and analysis, ensure accuracy and data visibilityControl plant capital spending and committed efficiencyPrepare annual budget supported with detailed analysisWork with regional teams on risk management of tax, customs and treasuryLead plant Finance team on SAP implementation and continuous improvementDevelop plant Finance team and continuously improve working efficiencyOther ad hoc assignmentPrivacy Notice - Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidatesAptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer. Responsibilities
- Support plant manager in new plant set-up and drive process improvement through start-up
- Support plant manager and lead plant teams to achieve business KPI
- Provide insight on cost control, operation efficiency improvement and factory margin expansion and drive for continuous performance improvement of plant
- Ensure compliance in plant operation processes and support internal and external audit
- Review monthly A+F financial reporting and analysis, ensure accuracy and data visibility
- Control plant capital spending and committed efficiency
- Prepare annual budget supported with detailed analysis
- Work with regional teams on risk management of tax, customs and treasury
- Lead plant Finance team on SAP implementation and continuous improvement
- Develop plant Finance team and continuously improve working efficiency
- Other ad hoc assignment
