You’ll ensure processes are well-connected, optimized, and responsive. Reporting to the Planning Team Leader and the Production Control & Logistics Director, you will:Develop and maintain a levelled production plan, balancing machinery capacity, workforce availability, and material flow.Reduce changeover time and optimize production batches for efficiency and cost effectiveness.Coordinate the link between all the different production processes.Monitor daily production performance and replan accordingly when deviations occur.Engage closely with production teams to identify and implement continuous improvements in material and labor usage.Support and develop planning tools and applications to enhance scheduling capabilities.Your BackgroundDegree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Logistics, IT, or a related field ;1 – 3 year experience on Production Control & Logistics;Fluent in English (written and spoken)Understanding of logistics and supply chain principlesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent teamwork and problem-solving skillsHigh sense of ownership, responsibility, and confidentialityAdvanced knowledge on SAP or similar ERP systemProficiency in Microsoft Excel (Knowledge in VBA is a plus)Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
