Job Description
Your RoleAs a maintenance project manager, you will lead complex maintenance projects (in terms of size, timing, innovation). You will act as the main interface between customer and internal stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with project management standards and methodologies.Your responsibilities:Lead the projects successfully through functionally integrated teams (focus on Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery and Methodology). It includes: updating and completing Project Plan; implementing and maintaining Project Reviews, Risk Management Plan; completing and submitting product information; communicating Customers requirements for key deliverables and performance targets to Project Teams Cost and budgetMonitor project budgets, meets the investment spending and financial metricsPrepares capital spending and forecastSupport cost optimization and operational efficiency initiativesCustomer / supplier relationships:Serve as primary customer interface for Project management activitiesManage customer change requests and ensure timely implementationEnsure effective communication and alignment between customers, suppliers and internal stakeholdersContinuous Improvement and compliance:Promote continuous improvement initiatives across projects and teamsEnsures compliance with internal processes, PDP requirements and reporting standardsmaintains required project documentationparticipates in auditsYour Background:3+ years of experience in project leadership roles (technical and/or commercial)Experience in the automotive industry leadership is considered an advantage.Customer front-end & project experience (2-3 projects)Proven ability to successfully collaborate across competencies, sites, customer and internal teamsExperience leading Software development projects is considered an advantageFluent English language skills. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.Strong communication and negotiation skillsStrong finance knowledge is a plusKnowledge of User Experience and/or Advanced Driver Assistance Systems is considered an assetWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
