ME SUPERVISORME SUPERVISOR – EngineeringHelp shape the future of mobilityYour Role:As a ME Supervisor you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility.In this role you will play a key role in Aptiv.You will Coordinate, Supervise, control all activities related to project planning and industrialization of product technical data. As well as developing the site's strategy for project management.Cascade the objectives defined at the Operational and Functional level to the "project Management" team and define a work plan to achieve them.Ensure a good connection between the product change and the production process.Ensure that established schedules are respected and objectives are achieved while identifying risks and defining bypass scenarios.Ensure a good understanding of customer requirements and their interpretation on the product and process.Supervise Project Planning meetings with teams and Develop/monitor performance indicators.Validate the calculation of investments related to engineering changes and MYCs and increase the volume of the entire project.Facilitate and ensure the smooth running of the various audits (internal, certification, customer, etc...).Ensure compliance with quality standards, Environmental standards, health and safety standards.Your Background:Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Methods, automated systems electromechanics or equivalent. 2 years of experience in Aptiv.Good level of communication in English & FrenchGood computer skillsKnowledge of manufacturing EngineeringStrong analytical and synthesis skillsPrivacy Notice - Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidatesAptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
