Visit www.aptiv.com.Your RoleIn your daily job you will:Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and process stability.Plan and implement manufacturing equipment investment, installation, validation, and process readiness for production.Support new product industrialization and process validation, including INLET products, from development through mass production.Analyze production process issues and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.Develop and implement automation, digitalization, and AI technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and process capability.Establish and maintain key manufacturing documentation, including PFMEA, PFD, Work Instructions (WI), and process specifications.Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other functions to ensure stable mass production and timely resolution of manufacturing issues.Your BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or production engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.Knowledge of manufacturing process design, equipment investment, process validation, and mass-production improvement.Experience with PFMEA, PFD, Work Instructions, and other manufacturing process documentation.Experience in automation, digitalization, or smart manufacturing technologies preferred.Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills for manufacturing and process issues.Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.English communication skills preferred.Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
