Main Responsibilities:Attend in-site meetingsUtilize the different tools to follow up the requisitions and provide a status to requestersAnswer emails & calls from suppliersCheck prices in the invoicesFollow up & track the progress from each Payment Resolution casesWork with other areas to solve Payment Resolution tickets.Download reports from the Finances/payment tools.Fill in the information and assign the SNOW requirements.Generate Excel reports for vendorsRequirements:Current Student in the last semesters of Systems Engineer, Industrial, eng Engineering, Finance, or Business AdministrationProficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup´s, pivots, sorting data)Advanced English level.Microsoft Office.Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.RFC (Mandatory).Proactive.
