Your RoleSupport product launches from DVProvide people and equipment resources to support proto/engineering builds, capability studies, etc. and feedback build findings such as design/test/supplier related issues.Provide engineering resources to support & to be trained during MQ1 and MQ2.Designs process steps and workstation conceptsDefines process parameters and inspection strategySupport and report day-to-day activities to improve/maintain production SPQVC KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc)Supporting team members of production meetings (DPM, Operations review, MRVA, Quality review, Escalations, etc.)Maintain & fulfill master PM schedule & optimize machine up-timePlan and conduct LSR, documentation, close findings & share lesson learntReview with IE on capacity planning, purchase and install equipment/tooling for capacity increase needsAttend the regular PDT meetings and drive a proper escalation in case of problems, based on LME request or even on representationYour backgroundMinimum 3 years’ experience in automotive industry, preferred in manufacturing engineeringExperience in robotic automation, including FANUC and Epson robot operation and programming, combined with practical knowledge of vision systems used for quality control, part identification, and robotic guidance applications.Bachelor’s degree or similar with technical educationExcellent project management skillsStrong problem-solving capabilityAbility to work and live in a global network environmentStrong knowledge of lean conceptsEnergetic, self-motivated, and proactive work styleFluent Business English and PolishHigh level of interpersonal skillsHighly effective organizational and planning skills.WHY JOIN US?You can grow at Aptiv.
