Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?RESPONSABILITIES:• Review and process sales orders submitted by internal stakeholders.• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to purchase orders.• Respond to customer inquiries regarding prototype orders.• Create and manage prototype sales orders within the system.• Generate delivery and shipment documentation as required.• Prepare barcode and customer labels for shipments.• Coordinate incoming and outgoing prototype materials and components.• Support procurement activities for prototype parts and materials through various channels (internal, suppliers, or purchasing systems).• Assist in production planning for prototype builds, ensuring proper communication and timely escalation of any issues or discrepancies.REQUIRED SKILLS: • 3–5 years of experience in roles related to the position.• At least 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.• Knowledge of customer portals within the automotive industry• Knowledge of customer shipping methods.​• Advanced English proficiency.• Intermediate Excel skills.• Experience as a direct (productive) material buyer.• Experience managing purchase orders in SAP.• Team leadership experience.• Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components.• Strong communication and planning skills with the program team to ensure timely delivery of orders to direct customers.• Support procurement activities for components with a global replenishment scope.• Coordinate the prototype warehouse in collaboration with the Procurement Manager, leading the team to prevent component shortages and planning failures.WHY JOIN US?You can grow at Aptiv.
