Your RoleIn your daily job you will: 1. Family with GTMC requirements and APQP Phase 2 focusing on design quality verification and improvements2. Responsible for APQP deliverables according to project timing and phase3. Ensure customer requirements well defined and documented4. Follow up APQP activities and ensure PFD(Process Flow Diagram), PEMEA(Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Control Plans prepared correctly and be followed5. Ensure PPAP prepared & Run @ Rate activities followed up as required6. Follow up for Capability Studies, Measurement System Analysis7. Planning GP-12 Activities8. Monitor the program OGR (Operation Gate Review) gate to ensure the quality deliverables and tracked the delivery on time9. Reporting & escalating deliverables which are behind schedule or are at risk of being not completed in time10. Prepare the present quality status in launch readiness reviews11. Control trial build samples quality and work closely with program team for problem solutions and track till closure12. Lead and prepare for the audit during whole NPI (New Product Introduction) and ensure that customer identified findings solved13. Ensure the customer complain issue in NPI solved by solving methods (8D report,5 why, etc.) & prepare necessary corrective/ preventive actions, follow up, verification ad release of corrective actions14. Assure that all quality activities are performed according IATF 16949, VDA standards and customer specific requirements15. Keep liaison with customer for any comments on products and process in NPI and feed it back to program team for continuous improvement16. Oversee internal PPAP and external customer PPAP audits 17. Attend global conference call meeting or traveling in domesticYour BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:1. Bachelor degree of Engineering or Electronics2. HV products experience preferred3. 5+ years related APQP working experiences in AUTO industry4. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, PMEA, MSA, 8D,5 WHY5. Be familiar with OEM structure and work procedures6. Good communication with customers, good team work with cross functions7. Good English skill in spoken and written8.
