This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.Want to join us?Your RoleIn your daily job you will:Supervises task related activities in the team.Process governance & reporting of daily operation.Proactive and constant communication with management to ensure process stability and requirements compliance.Knowing and following the escalation path when needed (dispute or resolution).Needs to understand and control the entire process and ensure the team members are following processes correctly. Maintain one solid compliance working environment.(SOX and Aptiv policy)Responsible for developing and monthly tracking for all aspects of performance management: setting expectations/goals, observing, coaching, counselling, and giving rewards.Assist the RTR management in the preparation of Management reports, SLAs & KPIs, KPI Analysis.Motivates and persuades team to achieve common goals.Has the ability to deliver through managing people.Your BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:Bachelor's degree required / Accounting/ Finance related background.4-6 years of demonstrated work experience on RTR processes.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, related process domain expertise and experience, supervisory skills.2-3 years of experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve goals.Working knowledge of ERP’s.Fluent English communication is required.Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.Data Analytics skills.Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
