This role will work closely with our radar and perception algorithm teams to implement, test, and deploy radar signal processing and radar perception algorithms. The Agoura Hills team is part of the Advanced radar group within the Global Product Organization (GPO).YOUR ROLECreate, deploy, maintain and use software for in-vehicle data logging and visualizationSupport local and global algorithm teams in the deployment of algorithms for rapid prototyping in-vehicle systemsManage and develop DevOps tools for current and new projectsManage and organize data provided by internal teams and external customersWrite scripts and tools for offline data analysis, algorithm validation, and regression testingWork with sensing and perception experts to design effective data visualization and issue mining techniquesMaintain Hardware-in-the-Loop and Software-in-the-Loop toolchainsBecome an owner of software libraries and tools used by global Aptiv teamsSupport internal and external customers, world-wide"Must be legally able to work in the U.S. without requirement of any type of visa sponsorship or transfer, now, or at any time in the future".Must Haves (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering3+ years of hands on experience in:parallel processing and multi-threadingunderstanding, modifying, and debugging large existing codebasesproficient in Windows and LinuxC++ 11/14Developing DevOps toolsNice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications) Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skillsExperience with ROSFamiliar with PythonKnowledge of automotive CAN and Ethernet communication protocolsExperience profiling and optimizing codeExperience with revision control and issue tracking on large collaborative projects (Git, Jira, Jenkins or similar)WHY JOIN US?You can grow at Aptiv.
