1.Production Planning Coordinator Make sure all planning parameters are well maintained;Ensure all responsible MRP action messages are reviewed and executed timely; In the event of spot buy, need to follow with Purchasing Dept. for order confirmation and delivery schedule from;2.Follow with suppliers and forwarders for order confirmation and exact pick-up and or shipping dates,3.Maintain the MRP system via communicated result from suppliers and/or forwarders;4.Raise P&RR as a service complain system to suppliers and/or forwarders;Take lead to solve the receipt discrepancy with Warehouse and suppliers and/or forwarders;5.Make sure suppliers and forwarders are paid according to agreed payment terms.6.Work with warehouse to maintain the implemented WMS systems.
