The portfolio should demonstrate a high caliber of brand identity and design work, ideally for large-scale, consumer-facing brands.12+ years of experience in brand design, identity systems, and creative leadership, either in-house, at an agency, or both. Experience within a Fortune 500 environment is a plus.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Branding, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.Deep expertise in building large consumer brands, including brand development, systems and guidelines, and tools that drive adoption and consistency.Technical mastery of industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, and Adobe XD is a plus. Candidate must have experience with advanced ai tools and platforms.Proven ability to lead through influence and communicate the value of design to non-design stakeholders.Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or advanced degree desired. 12+ years of related experience.Our Brand Design Director earns between $158,200 - $237,400 USD Annual.
