What You'll Do Lead execution of enterprise skills and workforce development programs. Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Coordinate efforts across HR, Talent & Development, Learning & Development, business leaders, and key stakeholders. Facilitate working sessions, document decisions, manage action items, and escalate risks. Support implementation of skills frameworks, AI-enabled development solutions, learning technologies, career pathways, and internal mobility initiatives. Track readiness, adoption, and program progress while preparing executive-level updates and reporting. Drive operational excellence to ensure initiatives achieve measurable business outcomes. What You'll Bring Strong project or program management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment. Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver results. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. Experience managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
