This role will drive innovation through automation, enhancement of observability platform to improve efficiency, utilize AI capabilities to improve user experience, and enable proactive detection of issues impacting critical business flows.What you’ll do:You will play a key role in driving end-to-end onboarding automation, enhancing observability integrations, and delivering intelligent solutions for client support, onboarding management, issue troubleshooting, and outage prevention.
