No relocation is offered. Looking for an innovative, and motivated individual to join a small, talented, and hardworking Linux team in a hybrid cloud environment. This team creates, maintains, and troubleshoots Linux instances on multiple networks, in multiple architectures.The ideal candidate will have hands-on Linux administration and scripting automation experience with knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies is a plus. Candidate must work well in a small team setting, have a desire to automate processes where possible, and a willingness to think outside the box to find solutions.Required skills:Strong Linux administration experience including configuring, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.Experience working with diverse teams to troubleshoot and resolve issuesExperience creating, debugging, and implementing Bash, Python, Puppet, and/or Ansible automation scriptsAbility to work in a team and mentor junior staffSelf-motivated and willing to learn new technologiesAbility to communicate issues with team members and/or service owners Desired skills:Experience with AWS, specifically EC2 Auto ScalingExperience with aws-cli and boto3Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph.
