No relocation is offered.Overall Purpose: As the Principal-Data Analysis, you will be responsible for designing solutions which achieve the organization’s objectives for data sourcing, synchronization, and performance across the business compensation technology stack. This is a high visibility role which interacts with sales leaders who support Indirect distribution. The candidate must have a good mix of technical skills and leadership experience with a focus on evolving the E2E data architecture roadmap, delivering new compensation plans, and enhancing existing compensation plans. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:Data Collection and Processing: Gather, preprocess, and cleanse data from various sources to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis.Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and insights, creating reports and recommendations for business decisions.Reporting and Visualization: Create clear, factual/precise, and compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.Discrepancy Resolution and Quality Assurance: Identify, resolve, and ensure the accuracy of data discrepancies across platforms, maintaining data reliability through quality control and auditing.Analytical Tools: Includes SQL, PowerBI, Python, etc.Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results.
