We hope you're one of them.The Role:Vivmark Residential is seeking a Superintendent I to join our construction team and help deliver high-quality multifamily and mixed-use communities. This role is ideal for an emerging construction professional who is ready to take ownership of project scopes, develop field leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience managing complex residential construction projects. Working alongside experienced construction leaders, you'll play a key role in maintaining project schedules, supporting quality and safety initiatives, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to Vivmark's standards. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, or equivalent field experience (experience)
  • Experience supporting multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, or residential construction projects (experience)
  • Understanding of construction scheduling, quality control, jobsite safety, and subcontractor coordination (experience)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (experience)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and project teams (experience)
  • A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and desire to grow into increasing levels of field leadership (experience)
