Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for delivering analytical research and data-driven insights to support commercial banking client and prospect needs with banking and product partners. Key responsibilities include developing economic and market insights, industry analysis, pitchbooks, and relationship reviews that inform strategy, and providing support throughout interactions. Job expectations include leveraging data to tell stories, supporting internal idea generation and transaction execution, strengthening client engagement, and observing client interactions to build foundational knowledge.Responsibilities:Supports the analysis of market and industry data to uncover insights for client/prospect meetings, pitch books, and relationship reviewsCollaborates with Market Executives, Relationship Managers, and team members across the bank to help prepare client presentations and support client dealsObserves and supports the credit approval and treasury solutions processes to build knowledge of products, services, and related approval and packaging requirementsSupports the coordination of clients/prospects and partners from product and deal teams throughout the course of a transactionSupports the delivery of new business analytics, monitors client activities, and performs portfolio optimization to identify and expand client relationships while maintaining and enhancing business opportunitiesUnderstands and interprets financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trendsObserves with domestic and international teammates including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management, and facilitates client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutionsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of two years of professional or business experienceApplies analytical thinking and financial modeling skillsDemonstrates strong critical thinking and the ability to work independentlyDisplays excellent written and verbal communication skillsPossesses proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Maintains strong attention to detail and organizational skillsHas strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentUnderstands and interprets corporate financial statementsDesired Qualifications:Previously held an internship or entry-level role in financial servicesBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experienceSkills:Continuous ImprovementData VisualizationRelationship BuildingClient ManagementData and Trend AnalysisFinancial AnalysisProject ManagementReferral IdentificationBusiness DevelopmentClient Solutions AdvisoryMarket AnalysisPipeline ManagementRisk ManagementMinimum Education Requirement: Undergraduate degree desired: Majors in business, finance or economics preferred.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40Pay Transparency detailsUS - WA - Seattle - 401 Union St - Rainier Square (WA1510)Pay and benefits informationPay range$85,000.00 - $125,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
