Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for supporting Credit Officers on a daily basis in the underwriting, monitoring, and management of their portfolios. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end processes involving credit underwriting, ongoing monitoring, and portfolio management of financing, treasury management, and traded products transactions. Job expectations include acting as a primary liaison with the credit teams, operations, and other business partners.Responsibilities:Coordinates pre- and post-closing activities which may include due diligence activities, creation of approval documents, and interaction with operationsMonitors requirements by creating and clearing monitoring ticklers and sourcing required financial statements and other documents per the terms of the credit agreement or other documentationIdentifies and resolves data quality issuesIdentifies opportunities to improve operational efficiencyUnderstands policy and procedures and ensures complianceRequired Qualifications:Credit Guidelines and lending proceduresUnderwriting systemsCredit documentation verificationCommercial Lending and Commercial productsDesired Qualifications:Time managementOrganizationPortfolio monitoring​Skills:Attention to DetailData Collection and EntryRecord KeepingOral CommunicationsWritten CommunicationsCollaborationCustomer and Client FocusPlanningPrioritizationMinimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent**Role can be filled as a level II or III at manager's discretionShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
