We provide strong support to our global client base with advisory expertise, capitalizing on powerful corporate & investment banking, M&A, payment solutions, risk management and capital markets to deliver integrated financial solutions.US Technology, Media & Telecom Corporate Banking (TMT CBK) is the market’s leading TMT CBK team, comprised of 30 bankers and integrated with our Investment Banking partners. The group covers more than 200 global mid-and large-cap clients across all subsectors of the TMT value chains including Hardware, Semiconductor, Software, Internet, Traditional and Digital Media, and Telecommunication Service Providers. TMT CBK is focused on delivering the complete suite of corporate banking products and services to large corporates, notably capital raising and advisory, acquisition financing, corporate finance, investment grade and high yield capital markets, FX, rates and commodity hedging, payments solutions and wealth management services.Key responsibilities:Partner with senior MDs to co-cover some of our largest and most complex TMT relationships. The scope of responsibility extends to originating new opportunities, executing capital raising / financing transactions, developing insightful corporate finance-geared analytics and helping to manage the broad based and global CBK relationshipManage a portfolio of TMT client relationships on your own with a growing account load over timeDrive wallet retention through frequent dialogue, client needs assessment and identification of cross-sell opportunitiesLead credit and bank capital allocation for your portfolio of clients, including financial analysis, risk assessment and approvalsPartner with product and regional teams to originate and execute banking and markets solutions that meet clients’ strategic objectivesAdvise clients on topics across the corporate finance spectrum, including ratings advisory, capital allocation, shareholder payout (dividends and share repurchases), debt portfolio, acquisition financing, optimal leverage, among othersSupport strategic growth initiatives with targeted research, pitch development and senior level presentationsMaintain rigorous pipeline discipline and contribute to business planning, forecasting and relationship review materialsHelp mentor junior talent, promoting high performance and collaborative team cultureExperience and skills4+ years of corporate, investment banking or capital markets experienceStrong working knowledge of bank products and capital solutionsSolid understanding of corporate finance and accounting conceptsExceptional client facing skills, confident communicator able to manage senior level interactionsProactive relationship orientated mindset – comfortable owning relationships and representing the bank across internal and external stakeholdersUndergraduate degree in Finance of Business adjacentInterest in the TMT space – prior industry experience welcome but not requiredThis role may also be filled as an AssociateShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40Pay Transparency detailsUS - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100)Pay and benefits informationPay range$200,000.00 - $250,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Responsibilities
