Job Description:Effectively manage and process complaints and Vigilance reports , which includes performing daily tasks associated with process including collaborating with internal stakeholders.Collecting necessary complaint.Performing follow up with the customer (written)Determining reportability of complaintsCreating associate Regulatory reports (eg; MDRs) per regulationsEvaluating complaints for need to investigate and coordinating sample retrievalResponding to customer complaints (written)Timely closure of complaints, as per procedure.Effectively manage workflow, identifying issuesParticipate in continuous improvement, efforts and projects, as assigned Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education requiredRequired skills:Good Communication Skills in English (written and verbal)Capable of working in highly-regulated environmentProficient with basics in MS -OFFICEEqual Employment OpportunityBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
