Every unit you release reaches a patient who’s counting on it. That’s the standard we work to.What you’ll ownLead, develop and grow a team of operations professionals — including building your Team Leader group and a robust succession planRun the day-to-day operation of your Compounding unit, ensuring compliance, efficiency and on-time delivery to patientsOwn your department’s budget and capacity planAct as Production Approver for investigations and nonconformance reports, representing the operation with internal and external auditors and regulatorsIdentify and lead continuous improvement projects targeting quality, reliability and costSet performance standards and drive results through delegation, feedback and goal settingWhat you’ll bring4–6 years’ leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of EU GMP Annex 1 and aseptic manufacturing standardsA proven track record of delivering results through large, diverse teamsCompetency in financial analysis and budget managementLean Management or Six Sigma experience (a plus)Bachelor’s degree in life science, business management or engineering — or equivalent experienceWho you areYou act with pace.
